Quality

Our quality control is organised as follows: incoming inspections take place in the form of sample checks, while every product undergoes a final inspection before leaving our factories. If the products have any technical shortcomings we make use of 8-D reports. Our VDE-certified quality management system ensures our quality control. The quality processes in place ensure we go through all the right steps. We draw up a quality plan for each product, and apply any corrections on the basis of our findings.

Quality is extremely important to us. That’s why Intecma is investing in developing new technologies and the associated manufacturing expertise. The members of our team bring a huge amount of knowledge and experience to the table. We guarantee quality by ensuring our staff are seasoned professionals and by working in accordance with our VDE-certified quality management system.

All of our products meet the EN60336-1-2 VDE standard.

We also comply with the European Union’s RoHS and REACH standards.
